TOOLS PAPER INSTRUCTIONS You will select two tools (located on Moodle) to use as guidelines to gather information for your paper. You are NOT required to answer every question on the tool. The first... tool selected will be the one that best categorizes your leader (Manager Role, Educator Role, or Specialized Role). The second tool will be the Leadership Style tool. You are discussing your preceptor and the unit you have been assigned to. Write a paper using principles and theories to support your analysis of observations made in the practicum area. The paper should integrate thoughtful analysis and personal reflection regarding your own leadership/management attitudes or beliefs compared to those in your practicum area. The paper should be written according to APA guidelines and should be at least 2 pages per tool for a total of at least 4 pages in length (not counting title page and reference page).
