How do you envision this course adding to your knowledge of pharmacology? This course will add to my knowledge of pharmacology in many ways. This course will help me build an understanding of the le... gal, moral, and ethical responsibilities of prescribing medications as a practitioner. Safety and efficacy of specific medications and classes is something that I am looking forward to learning and understanding at a more advanced level. I would also like to gain sufficient knowledge in pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of medications. I am hoping this class expands my knowledge and awareness of trends in new drugs and biologic agents also. With the rapid expansion of biologic medications, understanding the mechanism of action is imperative to safely prescribing medications. I am hoping this course will also provide me with a clear understanding of the legal aspect of prescribing at the federal and state level.
