I Used the SQ4R active reading Method to analysis the essay “Shootings” by Gopnik, Adam. Survey- The title of the essay is called Shootings. Assuming from the title, the essay is going to touch on shootings happening in the world, possibly in relation to major shootings that have happened in today’s society. Since there are questions in the footnotes about America, this must be about shootings that have happened in America. The essay is about two and a half pages with eight paragraphs. Question and Read- The essay, had not provided any headings and/or subheadings that would have given me room to ask any questions and show concerns.
