Yes! I would recommend that IKEA to continue printing mailing catalogs. Because social media
is only for the active people on the internet, and many old retired people that they have the
money to invest in their home not always active on the internet. And there some people read
these catalogs for pleasure. Also, with the CRM tool the company could choose a target audience
based on demographics and household information.

would you consider in making your decision?
If I oversaw choosing IKEA's nest U.S store location that factors that I would consider is;
Demographic: Because I want to know first who the customers are and how far are they
from the location.
The style of operation: I would choose the style that fits the community, and I will make
sure that the style will be consistent with the business.
Building: I would look for newer buildings because I want to have all the proper services.
After that, we must study the rent because it's considered as a portion of ongoing
expenses.
3. How much channel power does IKEA possess? What are the implications for the
role it plays in the channel?
IKEA has an enormous amount of channel power. And because the company started with the
brick and mortar channel and increased the sales with improving the customer's service, and their
stores size is bigger than others. Also, IKEA is always focusing on customers feedback to
improve their products, customers experience and design.
