He states that the pain began five days ago and the pain worsen when he sits down and when he lifts the scrotum. He also states he is vomiting and has increased urinary frequency. He denies having been involved in any vigorous activity. He states 4weeks ago he went on a business trip to London and had unprotected sex with a female colleague. Medications: One a day men multivitamins Denies any fold or herbal medicine PMH Allergies: No known drug allergies Allergic to cats Medication Intolerances: None Chronic Illnesses/Major traumas Patient has no significant chronic illness. Denies trauma.
