The direct challenge is not knowing the opportunities that exist to quickly change direction and focus. This proposal focuses on enabling the company to identify opportunities to increase market share and capitalize on well-performing products. The proposal enables the reduction of cost by identifying low performing markets, brands, and campaigns. Recommendation of the Solution: We recommend implementing a data visualization solution that would enable the team members to quickly analyze the data related to sales, demographics, and marketing campaigns.
