Our job as a company will be to improve the quality of care for the patients, add value to the organization, improve employee morale, design an efficient organizational chart, create a strong team environment, and create the hospital’s competitive advantage. In order for these improvements to be made at Caring Angel Hospital we will identify the steps for each improvement, recommend an approach to expand the market, and investigate some essential value-added services that will contribute to the company’s goal. In addition to the current achievements of growth of the organization that will help us design a quality plan to be implemented to improve toward our goals and add valued services.
