Introduction
Caring Angel Hospital is on the way to an enormous turn around with little improvements
needed to capitalize on through the role of Senior Consultant assigned. Our job as a company
will be to improve the quality of care for the patients, add value to the organization, improve
employee morale, design an efficient organizational chart, create a strong team environment, and
create the hospital’s competitive advantage. In order for these improvements to be made at
Caring Angel Hospital we will identify the steps for each improvement, recommend an approach
to expand the market, and investigate some essential value-added services that will contribute to
the company’s goal. In addition to the current achievements of growth of the organization that
will help us design a quality plan to be implemented to improve toward our goals and add valued
services. Lastly as an organization we will justify our research with reasoning in how Caring
Angel Hospital can accomplish their goals, grow a larger marker, as well as add value services
within their health care facility.
Consulting Perspectives
Quality of care is defined as the degree in which health services for individuals and
populations increase the likelihood of desired health outcomes and are consistent with current
professional knowledge. Quality health care means doing the right thing, at the right time, in the
right way, for the right person and having the best possible results. Health care quality varies in
this country. For example, some health plans and doctors simply do a better job than others of
helping you stay healthy and getting you better if you are ill. Research shows that Americans
want and value quality health care. And that's a good thing. Because when you make health care

choices that offer the best possible care, you are most likely to get the best possible results. So
when it comes to making major health care decisions about health plans, doctors, treatments,
hospitals, and long-term care (book). Caring Angel Hospital was suffering in the quality of Care
field and still has improvements to make.
