We will audit the consolidated balance sheet of Apollo Shoes, Inc. as of December 31, 2014, and the related consolidated statements of income, stockholder’s equity, retained earnings (deficit), and cash flows for that year. We will also audit whether Apollo Shoes, Inc. maintained effective internal controls over its financial reporting. During this audit, our objective is the expression of an opinion about whether Apollo Shoes, Inc. has fairly presented its consolidated financial statements, in all material respects, and done so in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the U.S. We will conduct our audit in accordance with U.S. generally accepted auditing standards and will include tests of your accounting records and any other procedures we consider necessary to enable us to express such an opinion. If our opinion is other than unqualified, we will discuss the reasons with you in advance. If we are unable to complete the audit or are unable to form or have not formed an opinion for any reason, we may decline to express an opinion or to issue a report; we will discuss these reasons with you as well, should this occur.
