Nursing culture and practice are among essential education and practices worldwide. Recently, problems have been arising from the nursing culture leading to rapid re-admission and death of patients. ... This project examines and gives a detailed analysis of remedies associated with the nursing field, culture and practice. The report was conducted over six months. It emphasized majorly technical issues related to modes of thinking by clinical nurses in providing quality health care to patients that avoids adverse events and patient harm. Systemic racism is a major challenge that impacts black nurses' mental, spiritual and physical health and overall quality of their lives. For instance, 80% of black nurses are directly subjected to patients with Covid-19 every day (Fatima & Colomo-Palacios, 2021). Racial discrimination remains an ongoing experience for the blacks in America, despite the enactment of the civil rights act that declares racial discrimination illegal. [Show More]
