It includes people’s general thoughts and feelings about activities, procedures and assumptions of the group. A positive climate is shaped by the degree to which people feel they are supported , appreciated and encouraged for their roles in an organization In short a constructive climate is an atmosphere that promotes good members satisfaction and achieving their best. Also related to climate is an organizational culture which is created by the beliefs , traditions and values that are widespread in an organization. Organizational culture develops over a long period based on many interactions that occur within the group. To build a constructive climate a leader must consider the following four factors- 1.
