● Anorexia(prolonged loss of appetite) Nervosa-Characterized by a morbid fear of obesity.

▪ Emaciation- excessively thin, may present less than 85% of expected weight
● Hypothermia
● Bradycardia
● Hypotension
● Edema

▪ Maintain positive attitude, develop trusting relationship
▪ Encourage client decision making and participation in the plan of care to allow for sense of control
