This chart will reflect the Abrahamic Covenant of Genesis 12-50. This covenant was made by God to Abraham and his descendants. The covenant made was unconditional, unselfish and everlasting. God promi... sed to bless the seed of Abraham, to give him a great name, to make him a blessing, to make Israel a great nation and to give him the promised land. This covenant would continue on to Abraham’s descendants who are; Isaac, Jacob and Jacob’s twelve sons. This handout was created as a reference for Genesis 12-50. Used as a reference guide along with studying the bible to help with the understanding of the covenant as you study Abraham and his family lineage. This gives light on God’s promise to Abraham throughout these Chapters in Genesis. The chart will give detail on the reference chapter and verse, who it is addressed to, the circumstance under which it was reiterated, the Ingredient which compose the covenant, the development in the Book of Genesis and any change in content or emphasis.
