Personal Resources  Many personal resources can facilitate success in a practical/vocational program. o Academic Resources. o Social support services. The Five Generations  People born around the same time generally develop a generational personality of how they think & what they value.  This personality is shaped by a common history of cultural events, images, & experiences.
