A few thoughts for the reflection paper. - This is a labor studies course. - The course was meant to be a field placement/work pl ... acement. -I personally did not want to be placed in one place for the whole semester, I cared more about recruitment and mobilization. I wanted to know what social justice organizations are did and what makes them successful. where I came up with my own ideas around What I wanted to study. -I think this made the course more self-directed than it needed to be. -This was a hard semester for me because I'm a procrastinator. -I am working full time and going to school full time. -This was a hard semester for me mentally and physically.
