PIs) but he declined, smoker for 35 years; 1 pack per day, alcohol use, and bilateral knee pain. At last appointment, Mr. Rao was resistant to smoking and alcohol cessation despite his father dying of lung cancer at age 70 and brother dying from alcoholism at age 52.
