What is Chronicles? (filling Cabinet) Chronicles is epic's database management system and is used by all epic software. Master Files (drawer) "database" INI Stores data about one type of thing Records (file folder) Within each Masterfile, we need a way to keep specific examples of that type of thing separate. Each record has a name and an identification number (ID). Contacts (sheets of paper) Date-specific snapshot of the data within a record. Items and Values (information prompts and answers) An item is like a question prompt on the standardized form. A value is like the answer. Ture or False. Record viewer only allows you to edit data? Native HTML Snapshot reports and accordion reports, flow sheets Identify a report and its print groups Hyperspace>Epic>Session Information Report Where do you edit a report? In Text A report is a collection of individual_________? Print Groups Where can you look up and view samples of Epic-released print groups?
