Sensitive Data - ANS -concerns a particular category of data deserving special protection. Sensitive Personal Data comprises data relating to natural persons concerning their racial or ethnic origin, political opinion, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership and their health or sex life.The use of Sensitive Personal Data is severely restricted and only permitted for reasons stipulated in section 9 DSG 2000.
