Explain why you agree or disagree with the ruling? Biden v. Missouri is a controversial issue that is not only difficult to come to a verdict but also intervenes and contradicts itself in many ways. Forcing a new vaccination on healthcare workers who expose themselves to an already infective population that they electively chose to work in, then threatening their jobs if they choose not to receive the vaccination (by taking away Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements if employees do not follow the mandate) are both demeaning and contradictory. The Supreme Court implies that medical workers who are not vaccinated are the ones infecting other coworkers and causing a shortage in the healthcare field ("BIDEN v. MISSOURI", 2022). This is an ok theory except healthcare workers use PPE which is proclaimed to work and the workers that are leaving the healthcare field are those who refuse to be forced to take a vaccination that has proven its ineffectiveness and or have a short duration of three months.
