Problem Mia recently joined a new company named Rescue as Program Manager. She is feeling discouraged in her new job as a new job is not fulfilling her expectations. She has joined this job before 3-4 weeks, and she is thinking of either leaving this job and find out a new job or sticking it here and giving some time to the new place. Analysis Rescue is a large nonprofit organization and is paying a good salary to Mia than her previous company Azzuro. Mia was expecting fieldwork in a new job because Mia is a marketable candidate and likes to do fieldwork but as she joined a new company there seems no fieldwork so far. She is feeling disappointed and contacted the owner Michel about this problem. Michel is asking Mia to wait some time, and he will make some changes in the future, but Mia is not happy with a formal email from Michel. There is nothing big problem with the job role but there was some miscommunication between Saul and Mia at the time of the interview. Moreover, Mia feels that work is not organized well in the Rescue as opposed to her previous organization.
