Select and Retain Employees Talent Acquisition: Recruitment Strategies When looking for new customer service representatives for the team you need to come up with a plan of where you’re going to ... look for new team members. To look for new team members LTC will start with the current employees we have and offer an incentive for those that bring in new employees. TLC is going to post the job on their website for those that were recommended to apply so they can apply directly to the company. We will use job posting sights that filter out applications that do not have the qualifications we are looking for. We will also use college career offices to target those looking to earn money while finishing their classes. “Each approach is different, and each one is structured to ensure that these companies find employees who will fit well in their organization and provide them with the skills and talents they require to remain successful” (Arthur, D. 2004). TLC must adhere to a few employment laws when they are looking at applications and interviewing people. Executive Order 11246 which prevents employers from discriminating based race, color, religion, sex, national origin, physical disability, or other characteristics. (Muller, M. 2012). Employers can not decline an application because they are in the military or if they are a Veteran.
