E-Z Waiter POS
► E-Z Waiter is a cloud-based service application for restaurants that provide an easy way for restaurant waiters to take orders at the table and not having to write orders by hand, therefore ensuring that no order is wrong and reducing waste and cost. The customers may order with the waiter and at that time the waiter will have a handheld tablet that they would be able to submit the order and not have to go to different POS stations to enter the order or generate any receipts. This app is beneficial to all restaurant owners as that ensures quality but also ensures that all items are entered in the POS and all inventory is accounted for.

EZ Waiter POS Outsourcing Process
► With the creation of the application, we would have to outsource the advertising of the app and the data center where we would have to have the service come from and where its stored. Outsourcing these two very crucial parts would allow us to focus on the functionality of the application and maintain its performance. But outsourcing the data storage will not only be the most cost-effective but ensure that the performance we claim would be guaranteed.

Outsourcing Data Storage and Marketing Requirements
► When outsourcing the cloud service to a company that would be able to meet our criteria and ensure that they do not overcharge for the service space. We need to ensure that the data is secure and that the individuals that maintain the data center are familiar with the system and can ensure that there will be no issues. We need to ensure our clientele that all outages and maintenance will be done outside of business hours to ensure that their businesses are not affected by any of the outages. We also need to ensure that if there are any outages that unexpectedly happen that they would be in constant communication and take quick action so that we can stay in communication with our customers to inform them when the system would be back up or and what happened to cause the system to shut down temporarily. Although we need to ensure that we can prevent any of this to our customers we need to hire the right data center that would meet our mission statement.

Contract Type
► Given that we are a start up and want
to try to not only be profitable but also be cautious of our budget we want to try and go with a fixed contract for the data enter outsourcing. We want a fixed contract with a certain amount of space as that we can always expand and add on at the back end if our business grows. Given we are in the first year we want to ensure that we can sell ample amount of space and service and see how the growth will produce.

► We will look at two different companies one company that can store the data for our customers but also for the app. We will also need to select a marketing company that could help us develop a sales plan and a creative cost-effective way to market our product to the specific industry. We want a data center that can meet our requirements and that can help us ensure to our customers that their data is safe, and they are receiving it at a fast pace.
