SONIC uses many different collaboration tools to benefit the restaurant for example quality, innovation, productivity, customer service, and profitability. With these collaboration tools, SONIC appeals to not just current customers, but it reaches out to those that have never been to SONIC before. Providing coupons, deals, location, jobs, customer satisfaction, menus, and digital free wacky application for all that are interested especially for children. Using the internet makes SONIC restaurants an attraction with outstanding service. They are also improving their current incentive program to use data analytics in a way that will predict items customers may want to try based on past purchases.
