The healthcare sector comprises many professional practitioners who work in collaboration to provide health care services to the public in that economy. Nurses belong to professional practitioners' gr ... oups that offer services such as promoting public health, preventing disease, caring for the sick, individuals living with disabilities, and patients at the end of the life care plan. Therefore, they perform a significant role in ensuring autonomous and collaborative care among patients of all ages and who come from different groups, communities, and families. Therefore, they are part of the largest group in the healthcare working settings. However, given that they are mandated with a critical role of saving lives, they are required not to harm the patients, a role that is constantly faced with incumbent struggles (Griffith, 2020).
