First gather all of the materials necessary for the conduction of the lab 2. Take the weight of your body and multiply the number by 4.45 in order to convert to Newtons 3. Measure the height of each individual step 4. Measure the height of the stair platform 5. Have a partner stand at the top of the stairs with a timer to time you going up 6.
