Abstract
Most of us learn to concentrate on our studies by using massed practice study techniques.
Massed practice is more of what we do when we cram for an exam, strategies such as, re-reading
text, highlighting notes, using flash cards, etc. Distributed practice is the most effective strategy.

technique was most effective in higher test scores.
