PSYCHOTIC DISORDER TREATMENT 3 The outcome of the decision made include a decrease in PANSS score, the client also seems to be torrelating the drug also there was recorded increase in weight of the client. The client also complained about being uncomfortable during sitting after injections. The second decision made was to continue with the administration of invega sustenna 234 mg intramuscular X1 followed by 156 mg intramuscular. But in these case, there was the instruction that the administration should be done through injections into the deltoid. These decision of continued use of invega sustenna 234 mg intramuscular X1 followed by 156 mg intramuscular was picked leaving the other two options of discontinuing the admiration of invega sustenna 234 mg and start Haldol Decanoate (haloperiodal decanoate) 50 mg with Haldol 5mg BID for the next 3 months. The other dropped option was that of continuing with administration if invega sustenna 234 mg, begin injection into the deltoid and add on Abilify Mainteina 300 mg intermuscular monthly with oral Abilify 10 mg in the morning for 2 weeks. The reason for picking on the decision to continue with administration invega sustenna 234 mg intramuscular X1 followed by 156 mg intramuscular for to maintain consistency.
