Surg Floor: (FETUS) Fetal heart tones (document every shift) Emotional Support Temperature (Measure maternal) Uterine Activity/Contractions (early-low back pain) Sensations of fetal movement Placenta Previa: low implantation of the placenta / Bright red bleeding present that is painless.
