Analyze the factors that contributed to the instability of the Weimar Republic in the period 1918-1933. German behaved poorly after the First World War II, which put the society in a disordered and ... instablized mess. After a series of war and betrayal between German soldiers and sailors, the emperor William II had lost his army and trust from his nation, the German empire collapsed in 1918. In the same year, the parliament composed a new constitution. In the next year of 1919, a new democratic government known as the Weimar was established. Under the several severe conditions, the Weimar Republic didn’t last too long. The Weimar Republic’s economic inflation, stagnancy in the United States, and the conflict between the political factions which held different standing-points are all accounts for the instability of the of the Weimar Republic. The first factor that are accounts for the instability of the Weimar Republic is the economic inflation. The first challenge that the new constitution law of the Weimar Republic was the decreasing productivity of the coal and mine in German. Because the First World War had consumed a lot of money, in which the German government had no excess to pay the debt. Whereas France and Belgium had publicly against the League of Nations and occupied partial German industrial factories. As a result, the Weimar Republic demanded all German worker to strike, and close their factories. Therefore, German economy had fallen drastically. The response from the Republic was only to print more money, which depreciated the value of the money in a huge amount.
