Next, I will discuss the Healthy People Campaign 2020 and national goal related to preventing and treating cardiovascular disease. Lastly, I will develop one long-term goal and three short-term goals for interventions for the prevention and decrease the number of instances of cardiovascular disease in San Diego county. Chronic abuse from drugs of any kind cause significant risk in the introduction of cardiovascular disease, numerous different types of cardiovascular complications are at a higher rate of instance due to drug abuse.
