Communication is important and needs to be done properly with all stakeholders. Through effective communication, stakeholders will understand the reasons that necessitates the change and will be more inclined to agree. The first step is simplicity and repetition. Keeping it simple and repeating information will foster understanding and retention (Tanner, 2019). Critical stakeholder will have difficulty embracing a change vision that is hard to understand. Next, communication of the change vision must be two-way. The top down and bottom up approach shows active contribution to the change effort.
