She lives with her parents at home and currently has a strained relationship with them due to the substance abuse. She was arrested previously 5 months ago with a DWI, Driving While Intoxicated and also charge with about 1- gram possession of marijuana. She is having difficulty in school due to her substance use and is suffering from anxiety and depression without any suicidal tendencies. She has a substance history of smoking, drinking alcohol, and smoking marijuana daily. She has also tried other narcotic substances in the past of LSD and Cocaine. The issues that I believe are the most important to tackle are the depression and anxiety, the substance use, and the strained relationship with her parents in that order. I believe she is using the substances of alcohol and marijuana to self-medicate her depression and anxiety symptoms. [Show More]
