In 2017, 940000people died from AIDS-related illness worldwide compare to 1.4 million in 2010 and 1.9 million in 2004(HIV.gov,2018).In developing countries, the mortality and morbidity rates related to IV remains high in developingcountries. A substantial number of patients fail to adhere to ART due to a variety of reasons, including mental disorders, socioeconomic status, literacy, drug abuse, and social stigma. According to the World Health Organization(2016), The current statistics of HIV related death is steady.
