About Drywall Level 1
Drywall, Level 1, is the first installment of NCCER's two-part drywall program. In this first level of drywall training, you'll learn the basics of key concepts, including insulation, installation and finishing. You'll also get to know the materials and tools used in the drywall profession. The 2nd Edition was developed with a diverse group of subject matter experts. It focuses on modernizing the curriculum and creating more balance between residential and commercial applications. This edition reflects NCCER's latest instructional systems design, which links learning objectives to each module's content. A new, modern page design improves the readability and accessibility of the material. In addition to new art, the redesign incorporates drywall vocabulary defined in context.
