English 106 > ESSAY > Does The Society Still have Racism? How change can be achieved (All)
Racism is a complicated issue in society and contains some individual aspects of prejudice. Even with concerted efforts to kick racism out, it is clear that racist attitudes have become entrenched and ... woven into the societal institutions and systems poisoning everything it touches. Institutions mandated to offer protection to the society such as the police offer favour some sections while neglecting others. There are actions which indicate that the voting laws are biased and make it hard for a section of the society to vote which is an indication that racism is still alive in the society.
