Arts should be introduced in school curriculum because; students are able to develop important skills such solving task. It also helps students to have an easier time learning hard concepts through visual representation. Arts contribute to development of personal skills such as better communication skills, ease in making decisions, and being risk averse. Arts are also useful in presentation classes due to the good development of creating beautiful layouts. It helps students become more engaged in classwork as well enabling them to become keener on observation around them. Leaners are given the opportunity to always think about new ideas. Through art they are also able to learn about their cultural practices and others in the world. through art participation, students are more likely to have better grades as compared to ones that do not participate in art, as well graduating with higher GPAs (Montano, 2021).
