Patient HL comes into the clinic with the following symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea and has a history of drug abuse and possible Hepatitis C. HL is currently on the following prescription... drugs:  Synthroid 100 mcg daily for hypothyroidism  Nifedipine 30 mg daily for hypertension  Prednisone 10 mg daily for immune suppressant History of Present Illness Patient presents with symptoms of diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.
