The primary role of NCAA is dedicated to the well-being and lifelong success of athletes. The association recently took a step of letting student athletes benefit from use of their name, image, and likeness and this move was initiated by California Governor Gavin Newsom. The Governor signed the proposal and was voted by NCAA board of Governors to allow the students participating in athletics benefit from their publicity.
