This is a formal report that I have to complete, the assignment is about formulate strategy and implementation plan. It focuses on selecting a strategic issue from previous assignment which I did before about a company called The Trust http://thetrusts.co.nz/ and it is an alcoholic business. So the issue that I selected is that they sell alcoholic products, but, they do not have a strategy about raising social awareness of the dangers of alcoholic to young people. So the aim of this report is to make strategies of socially responsible approach to marketing because now the community becomes more health conscious and this company has not have a strategy similar to this one. So please look at the assignment question attached and understand it well.
The overall strategy is socially responsible approach to marketing, such as
• Encourage food consumption
• Alternative health products might be introduce by The Trust
• Alcopops alcohol is very attractive to young people and it should not be allowed and is should be banned
Note: And you can think of other strategies that will make sense, but be careful of the words limit which is 12 pages in overall.
