Mainly, it was the years 2008 to 2011 when the IT resources started to apply in the
education field. Different governments started with research based servers for centralization of
student information, based on population, demographics etc. many public schools in US are
managed by advanced software resources now and worldwide, these software resources are used
to keep track of online programs sources etc. regions like Jamaica, Caribbean and Latin
American states began in the year 1993, to integrate their educational systems with IT and then
number of governments started using these software resources. However, there aren’t many
competitors in this field and market penetration and market expansion are easy to achieve
objectives (Cassidy, 2016).
