Description of the Assignment This assignment is a self-assessment of the student's perceived level of competency in areas of leadership deemed important by the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE). Criteria for Content Complete the initial assessment during Week 1; submit it on Sunday of Week 1 by 11:59 p.m. MT.
