History of Presenting Information  Ms. Campbell is a twenty-five-year-old Caucasian female  Presents with pain during urination that started about three days ago  The patient experiences vaginal discharge and urinary frequency.  Her vaginal discharge is yellow, creamy, and mucousy.  The patient denies having any treatment for her symptoms.  Patient admits to have had a bladder infection a year ago.  The patient’s pain is worse at the beginning of urination.  Ms. Campbell uses pills for birth control and does not use condom Medical history  Ms. Campbell has a history of a urinary tract infection that she was treated for last year.  She is otherwise healthy  Soaking in a warm bath makes her pain with urination better  No itching like in the case of yeast infection  Ms. Campbell uses ibuprofen with her period for cramps and headaches.  The patient uses an oral- contraceptive agent as her primary mode of bir [Show More]
