Throughout this semester we have reviewed the Maersk Corporation as it relates to their Human Resource Management. The goal was to understand the importance of human resource in the workplace and why ... it should align with the company’s values. We took into consideration global conditions and what necessary steps should be taken in order to recruit the right staff. After making staffing decisions, we discussed what training is and is not and who would benefit from it and why. Of course after training them compensation what then an important factor as well as evaluating the employees work. In this final project we will discuss all the above and how they relate to Maersk and Human Resource Management. Human Resource is the heartbeat of most companies if not all. Human Resource handles talent management as well as upholding policies both government and company regulated.
