Organizational Behavior Case Study
Introduction
The success of an organization is dependent on their organizational behavior and culture.
This will determine how the daily activities of the company are carried out and how the
employees interact with one another and the management. The leaders also play a pivotal role in
a company’s success. The leadership styles they adopt are essential in ensuring that the
company’s objectives are met and any issues that might arise are solved. This article analyzes the
different elements of organizational behavior at BFGym.
Leadership Theories
Kate is a people-oriented leader. She employs both empowering and participative
leadership at BF Gym. She gives importance to her employees and is aware of their significance
to the gym. One of the main benefits of the management of individuals is that exposure to
representative relationships influences employees to believe that they have an impact on the
organization (Suifan, Abdallah and Al Janini 2018). Kate was instigated to assume leadership and
fix this situation with her workers by getting information about her staff leaving their
jobs. Organizing a group conference allowed workers to have their views voiced in workplace
efficiency. This showed that Kate was able to empower her team by encouraging them to offer
input and recommend new ways to solve the gym's current predicament.
