When caring for your feet make sure to check for lesions and be careful with clipping your toenails, prefera get them done by a podiatrist to prevent any bleeding complications. Besides medication, I would like to stress the importance of regular exercise and diet. Lim foods that are high in sugar, salt and fat, make sure to track the amount of carbohydrates as well. Try smaller portions of food spread throughout the day. Create a meal plan with a variety of healthy foods, containing vegetables, fruits, grains, protein and non- or low fat dairy products. If you need any assistance with creating a diet plan, we are able to help. Educate Tina about avoiding situations that could cause an asthma exacerbation.
