(120–150 words) Appreciation – people instinctively like people who like them and have sincere understanding of clients and colleagues that develop rapport and cement relationships Body Language – can be used with good effect when interacting with clients. Body language can indicate interest which includes facing the other person squarely and maintaining eye contact and head nodding which shows you are listening and understanding what is being said Keeping Promises – Trusting relationships shat support clients to feel confident can be shown by undertaking actions as promised, if you can’t meet that promise the person straight away. If you promise a client that you are going to do something for them then do it as soon as you can, but if you can’t then tell the client straight away and tell the why you cant.
