69-year-old W.L had a knee replacement done 7 months ago at the local healthcare facility. She had the surgery after a fall incident at the mall. The patient said that the experience was very scary es... pecially because she had gone to the mall by herself and had never had to depend on anyone. She had osteoarthritis and the fall was due to her weak left knee. On the day of the fall, the patient called her daughter who lived a few blocks from her home and who eventually took her to hospital.
