Morphine, O2, sublingual nitroglycerin, ASA, IV β-blockers, heparin - Treatment for acute coronary syndrome. Abdominal obesity, high triglycerides, low HDL, hypertension, insulin resistance, prothrombotic or proinflammatory states - What is the metabolic syndrome?
