3. Out of Stock (OOS): Should be completed once a week, the day before your order (poll) day. (The purpose is to identify BOH discrepancy)
4. Out of Stock Scans: Completed every Saturday (the day before order day). Done to verify what we actually have in stock and what we don't.
5. Cycle Counts: Task performed in the rf unit, the primary way to verify or adjust the boh or boo of a particular item, fix item with usual high or low inventory quantity, at data entry or visually looking at the shelf or while reviewing reports.

Reports are generated in the RF machine to ensure we have the correct amount of medication on hand. It should be done whenever the system prompts you to and when there is a discrepancy in inventory while working.

-secondary source deliveries Mon-Fri.
-items may be ordered via outside vendor daily except Fridays and Saturdays
-Items available include- reg. RX items, narcotics (C2), controlled C3-C5, special order OTC's
-check-in controlled 3-5 and OTC piece by piece
-C2 must be checked in by Pharmacist
-Rapid scanning will update BOH for these items automatically
7. Receiving Inventory (4 ways): 1. CVS warehouse (CVS-green tote) 2.CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy
3. Outside Vendors (Cardinal-Red Tote)
4. Directly from manufacturers via Drop Shipments
