It determines quality policies and procedures for project deliverables and processes, people in charge, and documents compliance (Quality, 2018, para.1). The projects should be designed in a way that they would bring a positive impact to the firm. One successful project in the history of UK projects is the Fox Islands Wind project (A) whose purpose was to improve the market efficiency of electricity in the Islands (Lassiter et al., 2011). Parent Organization Background The Fox Islands Electric Co-operative is based at Fox Islands. The organization was established in the region in the year 1974 after the previous company was sold to it. After over a year since the Fox Islands Electric Cooperative had been introduced, it got a loan from the Rural Electrification Administration.
