It is equally important to maintenance these programs. Prior to creation of the plan itself, it is essential to consider the potential impacts of a disaster and to understand the underlying risks. These are the foundations upon which sound business continuity plans or disaster recovery plans should be built. I agree Amy that the plan needs to be adjusted when changes to the system and new equipment is added. Over the past couple of years I noticed how my current company is creating a disaster recovery plan. They are also trying to clean up our systems from unecessary data. My company is constantly growing and we are finding news ways to make us a more competitive company in the market.
